Next, we’d like to introduce you to one of our favorite bakers in the Dordogne Valley, Jean-Robert of Les Pains de la Pastourelle. Jean-Robert’s story—leaving a corporate job after thirty years to work with his hands as a baker—reminds us of the fruitful (and delicious) rewards that happen when you follow your passion, which is a principle that guides us in our own work here, each day.
